Not included in the costs are parts and labour not associated with the maintenance
and identified as a repair for example but not limited to adding refrigerant, replacing
any component & replacing any electrical component due to wear/or failure.
Any service calls (additional visits) due to performance, like loss of cooling or any completion
of quoted are not included in the cost of the Energy Savings Agreement. Those unlikely
instances will be billed a flat rate upon your approval and determined following the diagnosis.
